My first real job was as a teller at CIBC. It was a time when the banking industry ranked “Customer Service” supreme. After years of policy changes, technology improvements and bank mergers this service seems to have become lost.

Why do you put up with that?

In addition to the financial services industry, I have been in lending for over 15 years, with mortgages as my specialty. While working full time I attended night classes to become a designated Mortgage Broker, registered in the province of Ontario. This shows my commitment to Summit Mortgage, and to my chosen field.
